In Nevada, Humana offers the most consumer directly, high deductible health plans (HDHP) with a total of 16 options, half of them with dental coverage included. These individual and family health insurance plans range in deductible from $1,150 to $5,200 for a single enrollee and $2,300 to $10,400 for two or more enrollees.
